misfiring

I've got C16SE running R1 carbs, the last couple days the engines been misfiring up the rev range only when i've been driving. car standing still it can rev for fun but when am driving its missin, i've changed the cap & rotor arm, am still using ma 1.4SR setup, could the coil or leads maybe be f**kd?

any ideas?

I've tryed 2 sets of leads, new plugs in the car, new rotor arm, new cap. Also tryed another coil. Could the small ecu type thing under the coil be to blame or the distriburator be broken
