membership fees

forgive me for possibly reposting, but how do we pay membership fees now we have changed, can't find anything awhere on it.

We are in the progress of setting up a bank account, and will begin accepting membership soon, cost will be ?10 per year, (?5 upgrade fee for the first year for existing premium members).
