4-1 manifold??? good? price?avalibilty?

was lookin at a relpie to a Q n the chat section from dogs bollox, and he sas he's got a 4-1 manifold exhaust on his nova (sri like mine), can sumone explain wot that is as im not to hot on technical stuff, how much, how avaliable, how good, wot gains (he said sumthin bout more power after 5000revs revs) help pleeeeeeeeese

yep bascially its a manifold that replaces your existing unit and is less restrictive and therefore more airflow.
ur looking at ?90-120 and a few bhp above 4000rpm

And 4-2-1 is better overall than a 4-1. Try to get one with a primary pipe length of at least 30".

4-1 takes away power at the bottom of the rev range thats its main flaw but hey who drives at less then 2500rpm

Why suffer that loss when for the same cost a 4-2-1 gives the same peak power with better mid-range drivability?
