Whilst searching for a replacment coil and Distributor (Re-con'd parts, Mine are old and tired) I've been offered a Luminition Electronic Ignition managment setup for cheap.. It's straight from the box and hasn't been fitted to anything previously.
I Believe it works using the input from the Existing coil, and then the managment system replaces the distributor ?
Basically, is this worth the hassle ? The only good thing i can see about it is the lack of mechanical parts !
Oh it's a 1600 on 40's !
