breaker yard, disc cutter. Ive fitted complete new but used front corners to many a rally car :thumb: lol

buy a donor car/rolling shell then. If you want it done properly, get a proper starting point :thumb:

^^^^ Totally agree with the above.

You can pick up shells with only minimum work needing doing for a lot less than one new complete inner front arch.

iirc i remember seeing on here a while ago that you cant buy them new anymore. i may be wrong as somewhere like beaver panels may sell them but i aint had much look finding them either
