Hi,

Anybody got some good tips on cheap lightweight alloys? Fancied some Oz Superleggras (not cheap I know...) but they do not seem to come in the correct offset? Anything else to consider? Cheaper the better with performance (lightweight) in mind. Anything 14/15/16" considered. Any wheels from other manufacturers fit?

Fire away some ideas :thumb:

MO's are pretty heavey, strong as f*ck tho. Get your self some Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2's a hell of a lot lighter than the MO's, similar (kinda) look to Super Legeras, they come in a 45mm offset but they have a 7" rim so you'll have to fold your rear arches.

i got my 17" rear TD pro race 1.2's last night. and awaiting the 16" fronts today. They are light as fcuk for a big wheel. If you ask nicely they can make the offset whatever you want but it costs a tiny bit more...

i got mine from mike stokes in dorset as he did a good price for the 16/17 combo but he might be good for others too...

I paid ?455 from Halfords (!!) for a set of 15's with tyres, that was with me speccing the stud pattern / offset to suit my 5 stud Nova, didn't cost any extra just had to wait 6 weeks for them to be made.
I also had some MO's, i single wheel weighed 9.2kg were the Pro Race 1.2's weigh 6.9kg !! thats both for a 15 x 7.
