On a 3 door hatch?
dead easy!
work your way around the rubber seal pushing it back on itself under the metal lip on the shell :thumb: just remember to catch the glass when it falls out lol

No, get a length of thin wire, and wrap it (so to speak) around the rubber seal (into the slot/groove inthe seal), then where the two ends meet, tie a not in them BUT make sure its at the top of the window, in the centre.
Slot the base edge of the window into the shell, get a mate to hold the glass in place, un-knot it and whilst lightly leaning on the window pull the wire at a 9o degree angle to the car and it will pull the rubber out and over the metal lip on the shell :thumb:
