View Full Version : ISO adapter
I've just put 6"x9"'s in the back of my nova but I didn?t have speakers there already so iv had to run wires to the front, iv still got the standard factory caset player in, I pulled it out to look at the ISO and I need to connect the wires from the 6"x9"'s the original ISO, I had an old ISO from a fiesta so I tried to use the little metal pins that crimp on to the wires of that to connect it to the ISO, its impossible to push the f***ers in!! Any ideas how i can get them in or any thing els I can do???

pick up a male iso connetrs from halfords. wire up your speakers using this, up rate the cable and do away with the standard speaker wire then just use one half of the car iso and use your new half for speackers. or though out the gay head unit sod the 6*9 and run a sub and componts
Ditch the ISO and crimp/solder the wires together.
novas wire is universal. you can buy a universal iso lead from any good audio shop or halfords. just plug it in between your standard wires and stereo then cut the rear speaker wired on the new iso and join them up.
thats the easiest way
dont do what jack said !!!!!!!! thats make life a bitch in the furture
if you asked halfords to do it then we would do what jack said - that or what philly said. same principle really :thumb:
