Well, before I go onto mention anything about PV, I'd like to give my sincerest thank you's to Craig Green. Without whom (and others) this weekends NL stand wouldnt have happened. Craig, thank you matey, was brilliant to meet you chap and I hope to see you next year aswell mate.

I'd also like to extend my thank you's onto Burgo (Luke) for taking care of the camping, and the numbers of campers, garden centre meet etc etc.

An a big BIG thank to all the ladies and gents that made it there for show (you know who you are), as it was one hell off a weekend!! Oh yes, I have got Pod burn, well more like 3rd degree burns as some of you may have noticed!!

However, on the other hand, its a shame that Kinynova couldnt make it with the banner, and also for partytownsri (Mike - white GSi XE) he went up the strip and failed on saturday afternoon as he destroyed a CV joint and he couldnt get one from anywhere as far as i know and he had to be recovered and taken home!

Please note, ALL of these pictures are 7.1mpx, no copyright (just remember where to send the royalties LOL) so you can nick them as you see fit.

there was some real quick novas on the sat but they all seemed to be a second or so slower today im asuming its to do with the increased heat

anybody who didnt cam missed out big time i just been looking at my cam pics and there is about 30 pics i cant even remember taking as i was the wrecked every one i met was awsome and friendly

my only regret for the weekend is that the turbo never made it and seeing all the nice nova turbo kinda upset me a little but never mind was great fun any way

agreed with qaurter times Ste, today was incredbily hot! Yesterday was just hot, but today was mega!! So intake temps obvoiusly will increase, unless you have a spray bar :thumb:

It was an ace weekend, all the NL'ers I/we met seemed sound enough guys like, just hope its the same (or better next year)

Yeah i had two stand passes, as was given a NL one when i got there Sat night. I ended up going on the PVG stand, which didnt have enough space so ended up at no stand really, just planted in the middle of the hardstanding!!! I just had no chance of finding the NL stand as i popped away in the morn then didnt really no where i was going!!! AAhhhhhh....

i drove it 4.5 hrs there, set up camp and did 4 runs, started cooking the bait then my mate had a serious accident and burnt himself quite badly so unfortunately i had to leave with him at around 10pm and then ended up driving 4.5 hrs home

wat looked to be such a great weekend cut short, never mind ill be there next year and i wont be letting him near the fire!!

when i was queing up for the strip there was quite a large gruop of what looked like chavs walked over had a quick look round my car then walked off shouting "still a **** box nova though"

tbh i think the sat night is just being used by ppl that has no interest in vauxes as an excuse for a piss up and to smoke weed etc

and people claim that there gsi with 'a zorst and filta' does 140MPH

i was using the sat nav the other day and i was on the motor way and i was intrigued to see how accurate it was. the car itself is in not in bad nick and has only covered 54k now. it started to become inaccurate at about 80 and to get it to actually do 100 the speedo read about 115 maybe a tad higher.

Saw that purple Corsa run a 12sec on Sunday though.

there was 2 running fast time but one spilled out on the track causeing a 20 min delay

I only ran on the saturday, did a few runs and ran a 12.5@122mph before deciding if i did continue to run i wasnt going to be driving it home. Fueling was way off on full boost while on the gas, not 100% sure why as it ran fine on the rollers. After only a few seconds hammer the temperature was off the end of the scale and the wide band was spazing out the wrong side 14 afr and hence this pic lmfao.

Still far as im aware it was the second fastest fwd time with Gaz'd doing a 12@122mph, least I have an improvement only 0.1 of a second and 10mph terminal increase lol. Also Gaz'd (purple corsa) ran that 12 flat an melted two pistons on his last run which is bad luck, they are having real problems getting the second nitrous kit to work properly as they didnt use it on saturday.

Nice to meet some different people even flash bang lol. Also did lashednova manage to improve on his time, borrowed my helmet to see if you could bring the time down a bit, how did it go, oh an thanks for dumping it back in the car lol.

Looks like it was a good weekend. might just have to bring mine down for next year! but on the back of a trailer!!! lol do not fancy driving down there from glasgow in the rally car. Diesal mondeo estate here we come.

well im re designing my fuel system this week so im expecting some seriously good power then. Basically decided to run a seperate fuel system fo rthe nitrous on a different tank ect..
