fse power boost valves

:) hi there.im thinking of getting one for my nova gte.how do they fit on and do they cum with all the kit neccesary. the engine is standard apart from exhaust system and manifold and induction kit. do i need anything else to benefit it.

dnt want huge power gains just yet as i use th car to get to work an costin me an arm an leg now.

so any ideas?

have a look on the other topib about starting an engine after an accident, i uploaded a pic of my engine and you can see mine and how its plumbed in. it's really easy to fit, you swap the standard pressure reg for the adapter plate and then plumb in the pressure reg. just allows you to run higher fuel pressures. i had one on my nova and got one on my manta. had it all tuned up on the rollers. better acceleration not too much power gains really.
