Swapping GTE engine looms

I understand there are 2 different GTE engine ECUs, a Siemens and a Bosch. I assume these ECUs are not interchangeable between the loom itself?

Is there any difference between AFMs though? My Bosch ECU with loom also has a Bosch AFM, is this different on looms a with Siemens ECU?
