got some gmax 40mm drop for corsa b.i need some lower rear shocks is it true that sri/gsi/tdi or sport shocks are 15mm lower?also do i need lower front shocks??

apparently they were 15mm lower but i wouldnt be sure ,
but its the springs that lower the car , not the struts so if you have a 40mm gmax kit then it will lower your car 40mm , but using the struts of a gsi , it wont lower it and extra 15mm it will still only be 40mm

PMSL dont ever recomend anyone to go there for tech advice lol
not taking the piss or anything but hardly anyone does any work on there`cars they all take them to garages etc , even for jobs like changing pads lol

nah i know but i need shorter shocks or my springs will fall out lol :)

i meant shorter shoks not lower sorry my bad.
then id say that the shocks would have been the same aswell , think the springs would have just been a bit lower
your shocks should be ok with 40mm springs but they wont be properly matched , best bet would be to buy some uprated shocks really , kyb do direct replacement shocks which are a bit more stiffer then normal shocks for about the same price as a std shock
