Apparently i look like a pimp today, Pimp not Gimp lol

I usually wear a black suit, with black shoes ... but today for a change decided to wear something different - no particular reason, just fancied a change.

So i put a different suit on - and the staff downstairs reckon i look like a pimp. I don't reckon it really says "pimp" to be honest. What do you think? It's being worn with nice shiney brown leather shoes that make an awesome clip clop noise when i walk lol

the stripes aren't as prominant as they look in the pic to be honest. Quite subtle black pin stripe.

I'd come to work in a vest and boots given the choice but probably get sacked lol it's not quite what clients expect when they come to discuss their accounts and projected cashflow for the next 12 months.

ive got to wear smart clothes for my new 'call centre' job, means buying new stuff as my work clothes are jeans and pub t-shirts, overalls and combat work trousers. i always look like a defendant when dressed smart tho

everyone who isn't used to wearing a suit always does i think. Its because you're not comfortable in the suit, so look a bit uneasy and guilty lol

i'm the only one here who bothers to wear a suit, except when The Boss has an important meeting, or if a big client is coming in my manager will put her suit on.

None of the normal staff wear one - just shirt and tie for the guys and whatever-they-damn-well-like for the girls. I am the best dressed man here lol Should always dress as though you're in the job you WANT to be in, not the job you are actually in.
