tbh there isnt that much difference in them, have a read on vauxsport about them ;)

whats this i read in total vauxhall bout people putting omega pistons in?
i love the noise they make over a certain rev and my mate had one in his nova gte and was great fun to drive.

yeah th enoise after 4000rpm is awseome, especially with my full scorpion system and 4-2-1 manifold ;)

I'd go for a later engine tbh.

The early ones had problems with valve stem seal wear, and were fitted with undersized pistons(most were recalled by vauxhall and repaired)

They fixed the undersized pistons problem on the later x16xe.
