Done that, He has said he will send a refund but its never come, Admin can ban him but then I have no contact with him, Hes a small time theif basicly,

*paid week before PV, arranged to meet at pv
*Night before PV he rings me to meet him but I wasnt there so I arranged to meet on the sunday
*Sunday his phone is off but about 4.30 I get a text to say he hasnt got them with him as his mate was forgot to pick them up
*Tues/wed after PV he said he'd post them at cost to him self, I said I'd pay towards it but tolate already on way, he never had my address
*2 weeks later they had been returned to him
*sent again with address, still never arrived, suprise suprise returned to him again, wrong post code??
*I left childish commen on a thread of his, he threatens to send money back.
* 2weeks later I then asked for a refund but have to wait till he gets paid July 27th but he'd send a cheque so i can bank it

Today I am still waiting although he has just sent me a pm to say he will post it, I will wait with baited breath. Once I have my refund in full I will drop any bad feelings, But still warn against any dealings with him

My guess is he sold skirts at PV to someone else

As you said Mark, i wont ban him as itll make it harder for you to try to contact him. Not much else I can do, your Sig seems to be the best course of action at present.
