dial fitting trouble

hi everyone ive bought some dials for my mk1 1.2 nova, i belive their from a mk2 (with rev counter) as the connector behind my dash is not big egnough, (2 pins missing!) i was wondering is there anyway of making this work because im at a loss as what to do! any help is appreceated! cheers:D

what you need to do is go to a scrap yard and cut of the loome that goes to the clocks on a mrk 2.
You will notice that most can be changed over by matching the colours up then just pop the metal conector out and then push in the 1 on your cars loome.
Do this to all the colours that match up then the othere 2 wire up to a rev gauge and oil presher switch i think.
Hope that helps.
The metal conectors will just push out if you bend them down with a little screw driver then bend them back up when fitting back in.
