right im getting some new wheels and the 16" ers ive seen a couple of 'featured cars' and the ones with 16"s say they've been rolled for the wheels what does this mean can it be done with out needing a respray??? and pics of before and after??? cheers.
The arch lip is bent back up inside the arch to make room for the wheel. A bodyshop can do it without needing a respray, although I think people just grind it off (and seal it) until there's enough clearance.

get a body shop to do it mate, dont try it yourself, youll ruin it!!!!!

my mate just cut his with lead scissors i think it was, then sealed it, it was fne, didnt rust etc..

i wouldnt ever cut it lol, just saying my mate did and it worked, didnt cost him lol, i would never skimp on my nova lol

weld 2 metal tubes together in a t piece, stick the longer length between arch and wheel at angle and twist the handle, this will roll the arches, then spray underneath to prevent rust
