Well i have finaly had enough of looking at my archs in there sorry state and decided to buy replacements archs.

am just not really sure of how to go about these could someone give me tips etc..

prehaps if you have time a step by step guide?

any help is welcome :D

thanks btw if needs be i can take a picture of the condition of the current archs atm. so just ask if you wanna see :D

Buy Repair Panels. Cut. Treat. Weld. Fill/Smooth/prep. Spray

Buy Repair Panels from a panel supplier. Cut with a grinder or tin snips. Treat with kurust. Weld......with a welder. Fill with filler/Smooth with sand paper/prep with primer. Spray with paint

Erm ok.

Buy repair panels using money. Cut the rot out using a cutter. Weld panels in using a welder. Fill and prep it with Filler. Paint it with paint

Dammit burgo, i've just wasted half my life thinking about that and writing it...

i ment as in stuff like wot filler is best to buy should i spot weld this will be my first time filling on the nova as well as welding.

isnt there a guide somewhere on here :P

Pay someone to do it. Will probably be alot less hassle.

Then Practice welding/Bodywork on something that doesn't matter
