i bought a set 2day, 2nd hand they are in good nick and cost me ?115 wat do u fink?, i got the rear dampers which are adjustable and the fronts which are also adjustable+springs. The fing i want o know is how much do i need to adjust the fronts, as the rears are already done, there fitted with 35mm springs. cheers

depends on weather or not you think the car is to hard, or to soft.

well wats the stock adjustment

they only adjust the rebound characteristics of the shock. try em on 50% at first then firm of soften as you see how the car feels
