Manifolds

Is it possible to modify a 1400 inlet manifold to fit on to a 1300 head? i know the ports are a different shape (square and oval). But can it be done? :-/

i thought the std 1400 head had the same ports, and only the 1400 sri head was different?

nah 1.4 and 1.3 r diff! i got 1.3 manifold on my 1.4 don't notice ne thing wrong though

Won't be loud enough till i have all 3! :P

Yes. But it involves welding and re-porting

Only ask coz i need a twin 40's manifold for a 1300 head, and the cheapest ive found for a second hand one is ?120 :O but theres a 1400 one on Novatrader for ?50..

nahh its not worth it

the money u save will be wasted on your fuel bill cos u wont get it spot on

best to buy the proper one

i thought they were only about ?100 to buy brand new? (cant rember)
