start with 2 peices ofcardboard and draw a rough shape onto them (one side at a time) cut it out and see how well it fits, keep cutting it down and fitting it untill your happy. Once youve done both sedes stick them together (while in the car) remove and place onto an mdf sheet, jigsaw, carpet, fit

I had to cut mine in half down the middle though as it wouldent go in as a whole. Hope that helps

or you could just remove the carpet from the boot...put it on a bit of mdf draw round it the cut it out and cut down the middle ...thats how i did mine...
