Help need with suspenshion

ok need to upgrade my suspenshion on my the gsi, was thinking about knoi ajustable dampers with spring. but thinking about i now looking at coilovers. dont want buget system looking to pay about ?400 but will put more in if it needs it. will be used on track in the future , but want to drop it low for shows and street driving lol, ideas tell me loads

save a bit more and get some Avo coilovers. Avoid cheap FK's, the springs seats tend to stop solid. Heard good things about the new Spax as well, but avo's - tryed and tested :thumb:

agreed, avo's stuff is really good quality. the FK stuff is fine for street driving etc but dont really think its meant for the track

Go to them direct, think my GTZ kit was approx 520 quid.
