Engine wont mount up!!

Putting 2L 16valver in, using novatech drivers side mount adapter, that side mates up, using standard nova front gearbox mount, that also works, using astra rear gearbox mount, not even close. I know that it has to be modified to work, but the mount is about 3inches below the rubber, tryed to jack it up joy, tryed using a big bar to lever it into place, still no joy...

What am i doing wrong please help

You have to use a nova rear gear box mount and 10 mm of spacers betweent the gear box and the mount. Rick
