Hi all. At the moment I have a 1.4 SR and the insurance is about ?1200 a year. I am 19 with 2 years no-claims. Thinking about getting a Gsi in February but I hope the insurance won't kill me.
Any help would be appreciated.

Im 19 and have just sold my 1.3sr and have brought a K-Reg GSi, First I tried to insure it on my own insurance fully comp though the N.F.U, ?6000 Fucking grand they wanted, I then asked them third party (Fire and theft) on my own insurance, ?2000. The car is now insured Third party through my dads insurance with me as a named driver for ?950. If you can afford the car pay the insurance, trust me its worth it! I havent got any no claims so it will be less for you, you've just got to ring around and see what you can find! Good luck
