Wipers

I've changes the wiper arm that lead from the motor (because it the second half had broken off), and re attached the outer arms, and set them correctly so the cover the whole window. But for some reason when i put the wipers off they go to the bottom of the window as normal but then they move back up to the middle of the windscreen and stop.

Any body know why??

And how I can fix it??

unbolt the arm from the motor, make sure the motor is in it's parked position, and reattach the mechanism. It does usually take a few goes to get it right.
