wiring on 20xe

I have a 20xe engine to fit to an astra mk3 but I have been checking the loom and cant find the usual black wire for the ignition live? There is a plug on the loom at dizzy end with a thick red, blue/red, green, black/yellow and a couple of other wires but solid black wire? I noticed that this loom was a bit different as the idle control valve and other plug on the engine under the icv is part of the main loom rather than on a seperate bit of wiring (dunno if that makes sense). I have done a few conversions but not come across this before.

Any help would be great
