right ive tried agen to get me baby started when i turn the key there just sounds like there is nothing the starter motor is turning really fast and that is all you can hear. it just doesnot really sound like it ever has when i turn it over you cant hear the pistons trying to fire its just turning really easy. ive just replaced the head as i did last time it was fine before so i dont know whats happend

any help please????

got fuel? got spark? are the plugs wet?
done a compression test?

is the engine turning over or is the starter motor just spinning and not engaging?

almost certainly the starter motor mate

if its tringing fast its sounds like your timeings out or the starters not ingageing.

id go with the timeings out.

give the starter motor a good whack with a hammer and wood, wood on the starter obviously!

oh its a 1.3 sr lump

yea ive got a spark and a fuel it must be the timing as the starter is engaging as the timing belt is turning and all the valves are going it must be the timing
