60mm drop on sixteen's

ive got a j plate gsi on a 35mm drop with bilstien shocks an want to drop it to 60mm all round, ive got 16" kosei rt max alloys(47 offset) with 205/40 yoko's, is this possible?

change to 195 tyres?

I have got Astra Mk4 6x16's with 195-45-16 Continentals. 60mm Avo Springs. A little rear archwork but not alot.
