Uno Wiper Help?

Been to a scrap yard tday and came across a mint H Reg Uno wid single wiper still intact, It would have been rude not to steal the motor off it so it,s sittin in my boot now lol, Has anybody tried this mod succsesfully or unsuccsessfully, it looks like the motor will fit nicely but the wiper is too big and also the plugs are different for the wiring, Any help would be appreciated.

I think it would be much easier using the tried and tested way of modifying your original linkage. Its the linkage that controls the movement of the wiper blade and not the motor.
You cut about 10mm out of the 't' shaped part that holds the left and right arm together then weld it back together.
I did this to mine and it works a treat. I then used a pug 306 rear wiper arm that fits perfectly. Its only ?13 from pug dealers.
There are guides for it on most site. Not sure which ones though.

Try taking off about 8mm not 10 as that usually seems to be too much,
