Let me know of the no too, as a manifold is one of the many things to change on the engine on mine. i run an ashley competition exhaust which does make a difference over standard.
Rebuilding my engine to run injection but produce about 140/150 bhp and about 140lbs torque.

Chris Astley recommends the std cast manifold, with the lower outlet opened out to match the gasket. I've read some of the 4 branch types can upset the torque delivery, give small gains & sound weird.
The std cast job was good enough for Grp-A (albeit Homologated) use with the Hockley exhaust which is cheapish IIRC. They were 150bhp 8v's.
