VAUXHALL ASTRA GSI CONVERTIBLE
Unfinished project, 95% finished

ENGINE
Fully rebuilt C20XE with F20 gearbox, brand new big ends and mains, brand new piston rings, polished crank, polished piston heads, coscast head, full engine gasket set, new timing belt, ramair panel filter (foam), painted rocker and timing belt covers, brand new clutch with thrust bearing and compression plate. Powerflow exhaust with scorpion tail pipes.
Still registered as 1.6 on V5 !

WHEELS
Fully refurbed Kahn RSS, Fulda extremeo, 205/40/17, Very good tyre thread, Mcgard locking wheel bolts, needs spigot rings.
SUSPENSION AND BRAKES
Astra 16v discs pads and callipers, rear disc brakes, Lowering springs (40-60 mm).
BODY
Bonnet vent (Isuzu trooper), front GSI bumper with big mouth modification, Rieger lower front spoiler, Rieger infinity sill skirts, Rieger infinity Grill, Rieger infinity lower rear spoiler, smoothed rear bumper, de-locked handles, smooth boot, golf mk4 side repeaters (welded in recess) vw transporter wing grill (welded in), Rear spoiler with LED brake light, tinted rear lights, tourneo cover for soft top, clear indicators. Full respray in Vauxhall star silver, Drivers rear arch needs redoing due to some bubbling.

INTERIOR AND ICE
Standard trim in excellent condition, alpine head unit, JBL components (not fitted), flytrap bass box with full wiring kit fitted, toad a101cl with duel zone microwave sensor fitted but needs some attention, Good condition hood (for age) has a couple of little rips (was going to fit mohair)

Just been taxed and tested
I don?t have the time to finish the car and need quite a quick sale. As a finished project I would of asked for ?4500, but there are still bits to do.
Bit to do:
The steering has a nasty wobble at about 60 mph, it must be spigot ring needed or bottom ball joins as its got new track rods.
Rear arch needs redoing, alarm needs sorting out, Speakers need fitting. New mohair hood would finish the project off. Engine bays needs tidying. A-posts could do with re-blacking along with the posts in the doors, new passenger side rear electric window switch needed.
