astra gsi and astra gte rear brakes

i have got astra gsi brakes on the rear of my nova i want to change the discs and pads and someone i know has got astra gte rear hubs with brand new discs tarox one and greenstuff pads can i just swap the hubs over or should i just buy new disks and pads for the gsi brakes as these have come up cheap?

AFAIK Astra GTE / GSi rear discs, hubs, calipers ect ... are the same.
