can speakers be put in door card of nova. what is the best way of putting them in

Yep, there's two ways to do it.

Easiest way is to just chop a hole in the door card and bolt the speakers in. Bear in mind you'll be limited in size unless you fancy chopping half the door away, and there's all the window in behind so you'll need a shallow speaker.

The other way is to buy, or make, some door pods and sit the speakers in. Allows you more room for a larger speaker, but if you have manual windows you might be a bit squashed for space.

Either way, you'll need to drill some holes in the A pillar and door for the wire to go from the door to the car. Stick a couple grommets in there too, the tailgate on a fiesta has a decent grommet and tube for the wiring to the boot which is ideal.

Aye. make some pods & surface mount them on the door card. I used wing nuts through the back of the pod & into the metal of the door to really pull em down tight. Best if you have e/w.

I've found kickwell pods/builds are far more subtle & just as effective though.

Please avoid hacking into unmolested GSi or SRi door cards aswell.
