what year did they produce the gte and gsi modle on?

About that. I thought maybe 87 on for the GTE as some were E reg. The GTE would have ran at dealers until the GSI arrived & or GTE's sold out. Some GTE's are on a J plate which proves this.

GSi production run began in Sept 90. My H reg GSi was made approx during Sept or October 90 according to most of the dates on all the plastic mouldings in the car. I know it was registered on Dec 12th 1990
