Chris.

Are all the sensors with it? Speed sensor, oil pressure, oil temperature?

And the buttons for scrolling through the displays?

What's the carbon surround designed to fit? A Corsa B?

Thanks.

Hi Colin,

I think the dash is designed to use an ECU speed sensor, I can check though. It uses original OEM sensors, will just need wiring in.

The buttons are present already in a shroud which is easily mounted.

The carbon surround is to fit an NSX-R, however is quite big, so shouldn't be too difficult to fit a corsa/nova etc.

dose the display show fuel level settings? basicly everything on a standard GSi/GTE clock? Are you going PV?

yes it does display fuel level, all the analogue inputs are setup using the control unit provided.

Not going to PV mate, however delivery can be arranged.

Chris.

It sounds like it might be a STACK system which takes the readings from the ECU (rather than from the sensors directly).

I have the same thing in my Escort Cosworth race car, on that the STACK display is programmed to pick up the readings from the Pectel ECU that most serious Cosworths use.

Unfortunately these dash displays won't work in other installations unless they are re-programmed by STACK, and a new wiring loom is obtained (not especially cheap unfortunately).

However, having said all that, I could be wrong, STACK do a myriad of customised variations on their display systems, so without checking the serial number it's difficult to say. Adrian Weeks at STACK has always been very helpful if you need any more information.

It looks like a nice system, it's a shame I don't have an NSX for it to go into!

Your best bet is EBAY, they fetch strong money on there.

Thanks Colin,

I have read through the manual and it wires directly to original analogue sensors which the parameters are set using the control box. Full instructions are in the box. If a car doesn't have ecu speed then you can use the stack add-on which uses a magnet on the driveshaft IIRC.

Cheers for the reply.

In other words, if i want to put this on a carb'd Nova, it won't fit, unless i get the correct and necessary sensors, right?

And other question: is this the road version or is it the race version?
