i just got a new set.i had 185's on my old set anyone had 195's on them b4?

Not a good idea mate, its only a 5 inch wide rim and most 195 45 14 tyres are for 6 inch rims or above, after all you don't want balloon 195 60s!! Best stick to 185 50 or 185 55 14s. They are cheaper too!

No the wheels wont clear the calipers

I've got 256x20mm brakes under my spokes, but we had to shave a bit off the caliper with a grinder. (2.0 brakes are 256x24mm discs, slightly larger calipers and pads.)

I wouldnt grind my discs or wheels tbh.

I wouldnt go beyond 185 tyres on std Nova 3 spokes. 175 is recommended.
