The same type d/tweeks sell for around ?25 ish.

Its suitable to drop the pressure of a mechanical, or spi pump(10psi or less) to 0-5psi.

Im guessing these would have to be set up by rolling roaded? whats the point in it too? Would it stop overfueling (i guess not due to jetting)

It brings the fuel pressure down to whatever you set it to.
To prevent the carb bowls from flooding and the needle valves from being forced open.

Mine is set to 3psi.
