Cheltenham meet

Just a quick write up about yesterday, first off big thanks to razorjack who sorted it again and those that came along. My day started off with doing one final spanner check before driving the car for the first time this year all the way to chelt. Got up there abit early to have a small bite to eat before the others came, but alas got rumbled lol

Rang chris to see where he had got to, spoke to his missus and got told the bad news :( (see his thread). Anyways, people started turning up and abit of banter ensued. Was shocked to see scott parker turn up a its been a few years since i last saw him, so naturally went across and shook hands with the normal greeting abuse :thumb:. Lee trying to take pics of cars tried to shove me out of the way rudely lol (bit like trying to move a rock with a fart) so i spun round and gave some back which led to him shouting something about me not picking him up again :cry: :cry:

All in all a good meet for the time i was there and good to see all the faces there :D Hopefully some pics were took by others and will follow and at the next one a few more faces will make it

Enjoyed a good evening in Gethin's "nova" lol and watching the chav patrol circling the town centre.

It was a good meet as usual. Can't believe they shut the bar! But it was good having a drive around in the "Nova". Can't believe we didn't get any photos of that pile up, it's not very often you see 5 cars stuck nose to tail in the middle of a dual carrage way lol

I was woken up this morning at about 10:30 by the sound of some tw4ts exhaust rumbeling away outside. Got out of bed in a bad mood to see what the hell was making the noise only to see the culprits, RJ and Alex driving out of the car park, Bastids!

Not long got back home as I had to stop off at Gloucester, Newport and Cardiff on my way back to Bridgend. Although I did have a bit of fun taking the backroads down to monmouth before joining the M50 :D Would have been even better if I had the real Nova with me lol

I did try to make as much noise as possible when I left, as I noticed your car was still in the car park. Early morning wakeup call! lol

And I've kinda gone off the plan to move to Cheltenham when Alex goes to uni there, seen as clearly nobody in the town can drive without hitting anyone else! Two or three pileups in one night! :tard:

On the way home we were fiddling with the sat nav and the speedo was reading 75mph but the sat nav said 60mph!!!

I got the digi to read dead on 100, and the sat nav was reading 89! Thats pretty good IMO lol

lol ive had my digi dash saying 145 but my satnav saying 121 but tbh i dont trust neither lol lol

talking of speedo's it did make me laugh when i took scott out and at one point he did glance over and ask how accurate my speedo was, i dont think he was expecting it to be checked within a couple of mph when at 120 when it was last tuned lol
