How easy are these to fit and would anything be needed to make it go on better and last - like some sealer round the top and bottom of the gasket

Cheers, Vaughan!

Use a cork gasket.

Easy do, just unbolt rocker, remove old gasket and replace.

get a good quality gasket with the metal spacers in it, use a smear of non hardening joint sealant & don't over tighten it.

Yea its easy to do, just make sure you don't overtighten the rocker cover & clean all of the sh*tty oil off the engine before you put the new gasket on.

clean the bolts before you screw them back in, its very easy to ring the thread on the bolts
