the heaters only blow warm air for a while. as soon as the car gets to it's normal temperature the heaters go cold. Can ay help...... :D

the heater is really quite good when working properly. check the fan unit is working properly, if it is its your matrix. its probably filled with muck. your gonna have to take both hoses off and flush it though.
