are these any good? how much extra woulb boost pipes cost? with just this kit what kind of power would you expect from a x16xe otherwise standard? do you have to change headgasket? can i use standard inlet , will i need to cut up my poor car and finally do they provide a flanga to the exhaust?

riiiiiiiight.
If you get the full kit it "should" include an exhaust manifold that has a flange on it.

You would need to fit mappable management to make the most out of it as the dual rate FPR is begging for trouble.

you'd ideally drop the compression ratio with new LC pistons, but you could fit a thicker gasket from cometic (if they make one for the baby XE)

no idea on "boost" pipe costs but i'd guess ?200 as a conservative estimate.
you would need an intercooler too.

basically the kit isnt as simple as bolt on and go..

Yes the manifold has the correct flange fitted(might be worth getting it skimmed flat before fitting,Lol)

With just a mvaux kit you will need to keep boost low(as the x16xe engine runs quite a high CR as std(about 10.5 iirc)
Much better with management, low cr pistons, nice ic etc.
