2ltr 8v probs

I am having trouble getting my 2ltr 8v nova to start.. hasnt run b4 coz jsut built the engine up.. engine is basically a C20Ne engine, with a Big Valve head n cam etc, but i got a loom and ECU off a C20SEH engine.. the looms are different (NE has a twin row ECU clip, where as the SEH has a Triple row ECU clip) but i stuck with the SEH loom because I didnt have a NE ECU available. I know the SEH is out of the earlier cavalier so am abit confused what i can get away with?

Will I be able to stick with the this combination or will the engine not be compatible?

Any advice would be grand..
