Cavalier Gsi alloys and Cesaro's

Got both the above, gsi are a set of four with 4 195/50R15's uniroyals iirc, one needs replaced as my arch cut it to sh1te and it lets air out. All center caps are there, ok condtion (paint has flaked) no kerbing or bad kerbing that i can see.

Set of 5 cavalier cesaro alloys inc 4 center caps, again has 4 matching uniroyals but they let air out over time due to sitting so long unused.... seems to be a problem with uniroyals?
