Does any one have or know the bedding in instructions for the piper cams? ive got a 300 degree rally cam fitted to a gte with zx7r carbs,lost the instructions for the cam, also any ideas on the best oil to use and grade? cheers

erm high rpm for 5-10 mins iirc.

1min at 2500rpm
1min at 3000rpm
1min at 2000rpm

That should do it.

Basically, dont let it idle(low oil pressure at idle, giving increased cam wear)
