p38 filler but 1st stripp bumper plastic prime then 3coat primer, then do the fillerin may take 3attemts 2 build up! allow 2 go off finish with touch up compound, then spray bumper with hose (removes filler dust!) then do 3more coats of primer then 3or 4 colour coats then 3lacquer coats! hope this helps!

couldn't disagree with you more.
first the bumper needs a real good keying,60-80 grit paper, make sure you get right in all the grooves. fill with as much fibreglass as you can sqeeze in then grind flat when dry. now the bulk should be filled and ready to smooth with filler ,not p38 its a weak filler, once shaped any imperfections like pinholes can then be filled with stopper.when happy plastic prime, allow to dry then key with scotchbrite (brillo pad), then prime as normal.

for imperfections use cellulose putty does a far better job than p38 it also has a lot quicker drying time as for the rest apples is right ;)
