mc /cp can u help here, i know if a 1.2 head was fitted on my 1.4 i'll gain torque is it the same with 1.3 on 1.4?? if so i'll get it tommorrow cheers. P.S: mark i need ur number again as i thought of put my phone in the microwave

well dont think ul get more compression, but the ports are biger on the 1.3 so better flow through it. best is to use the 1.4 cam/rocker box with the 1.3 head and 1400 bottomend! As the 1.4 cam has slightly higher lift if i can remmeber!

well thats what i was planning, i have a 1.3 inlet manifold on my 1.4 at them mo (i know there different)

You'll also find that if your carb was for the 1.3 you'll have smaller jets than the 1.4 one, I was reading the box before I had mine fitted to the car.

maybe not, u only need smaller jets becuz of the reducecd aitflow of the 1.4 head i think

sure the 1.3 will have same jets as 1.4

Won't be loud enough till i have all 3! :P
