TDC Sensor?

My 1.6 Gsi keeps cutting out now and again.
Ive changed the plugs, leads, dizzy cap and rotor arm (still nothing)

My mate says it could be the TDC sensor (or is it TDS) According to the haynes it hasnt got one, but he swears it does!

does anybody know? Thanks in advance.

never heard of it, try the fuel pump relay. my gsi did the same as yours, there only about ?15 from any vauxhall dealer.

Thanks for the reply but ive already tried that, ill go to a garage and ask them i think. ;)
