1.3 16v?
what a 16v head on a 1297?
That's a really thin track - What type of races is it used for?

Yeah Swift GTi engine with 40's -- making around 120bhp
The track is used for sprints and also a annual rally
I think it was a go-kart track at one point but not to sure...
Some cars can make about 120mph on the straight so its not all the bad

funny that was woundering how easy it is to put a swift engine in a nova the other night, as they seem to be pretty quick as standard.
what mods to the engine has that got?
thatd feel well weird driving around that track

lol the guy i go to the rallies with managed to throw a RWD Transit about that track in the wet - with ease
thats the 2nd engine in that nova i think -- ported head, twin 40's - don't know what else...i'd need to ask
has proflex suspension, quaife gearbox and diff

lovely sound off that gearbox/diff
iirc those suzuki engines are 100bhp standard
yeh i thought they were 100bhp standard, not sure if it'd be worth doing or not

that one seems to work quite well but i dont know if i'd go through with the conversion..

Just stick a 1600 GTE engine in??
The only reason they used the Swift engine was for the old rally classes. For a 1.3 thats a very good output.

as will f said, good easy power for the class, seen a few nova's around on events with suzuki lumps in them..... might go and pinch my sisters wagan R's engine now :D
yeh i know what you mean, but i love the fact of having small CC but bigish power lol, its like that at the minute with my 1.4, its well good
