I am about to start making my exhaust system, and want to get some exhaust flanges, to weld onto the ends of the sections, to bolt them together with.

Anybody got any ideas where I can get them from?

Been ringing around, but had no joy so far...

Want something like this (3" bore):

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180104276186&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fmotors.search.ebay.com%3A80%2F%3Ff rom%3DR40%26satitle%3D180104276186%26fvi%3D1

(Item number 180104276186)

Any pointers gladly appreciated.

Rob.

Jetex show joiners & flanges amongst the straight lengths, bends & boxes in the Demon Tweeks catalogue.

failing that try contacting some exhaust mfr's like JP, or BTB etc

or look in your yellow pages look for lazer cutters or water jet cutters then you can draw what your after on a sheet of paper they then scan it and set the machine to cut it out of what ever material you want it in also you can have made exactlly what you want

Why don't you just buy the ones off Ebay ? sure they'll post the UK ?
I had some similar flanges made up, just got my self a gasket to use as a template then had a mate at a machine shop cut them out.
