Right I started my 1.4SR the other day and something has started blowing when putting the throttle down, its not the exhaust so i dont know what it is, it sounds like a hole in the exhaust but my exhaust is fine its almost brand new.
One more thing i got a Magnex Backbox and now want a full system where can i get the rest of the system without getting another backbox, I want from the backbox all the way up including manifol there dosnt seem to be anyone that does the down pipe
cheers

try the o-ring type thingy where the downpipe meets the middle section (has two bolts). Whenever i have exhaust problems it is always that, it hits speedbumps etc. It's designed to flex slightly but seems to enjoy blowing. Get a new ring thingy for it (about ?1.50) and use exhaust paste when putting it in.
Most systems don't come with mainfolds, you'll have to buy one seperatly. For a 4 branch mainfold in steel try - www.tuning.co.uk
about ?120 for a GTE mainfold. For a Stainless one try PVD (ad in Total vauxhall) i think it's about ?250.
